For those who don’t want “churchy” worship,
our emerging worship gathering is designed to be a place where seekers can experience the love of God, and believers can more fully connect and grow, in ways that are familiar and relevant in our world today.
We strive to remove barriers that prevent people from experiencing the love of God in meaningful ways. In our worship, you can come as you are, and welcomed as you are.
We use music, multi-media, and other elements to engage the senses, and to present and support each month’s message series. We offer Bible-centered relevant messages, and we try new ideas that breathe new life into familiar practices.
In our worship and music ministries at Community of Hope, we focus first on becoming worshipers. We are not presenting worship and music as a performance for the congregation, but allowing the Holy Spirit to direct our worship to God – the “real” audience.
In worship we seek to experience the love and grace of God in meaningful ways. In the Bible it says: “You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand (Psalm 16:11).” There are many ways for you to get involved in our worship ministries at Community of Hope, and all of them are designed to help us grow in our personal worship life, and bring the whole church into a fuller understanding of these truths.
